📝 Planning in Progress: Our team is hard at work refining the renovation plans with our contractors, making sure every detail is in place before we get the green light.

⚙️ Preparing for Action: We're laying the groundwork and preparing everything we can so we’ll be ready to move forward once approval comes through.
